1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rf777", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the rf777 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities operating the website at https://rf777.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any registered user who accesses the rf777 platform for the purposes of placing bets, playing games, or making financial transactions.

2 Eligibility

rf777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the rf777 platform, including the ability to place wagers and make deposits or withdrawals, you must complete the account registration process accurately and truthfully.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. rf777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on rf777 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rf777 will close all but the original account, void any bonus credits associated with duplicate accounts, and may withhold or reverse any withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. rf777 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. 3.4 KYC Verification

Acceptable identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. rf777 may also request a selfie with ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rf777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. rf777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless a player has voluntarily set a deposit limit through the responsible gaming tools. 6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on rf777 are governed by the rules specific to each product category. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other events — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to settlement. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. rf777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or at incorrect odds due to a technical fault.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

8 Intellectual Property

No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, scraped, reverse-engineered, or used commercially without the express prior written consent of rf777.

Game titles and software provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by rf777 under valid licensing agreements.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

rf777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

12 Amendments to These Terms

rf777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
